Bridging the Gap Between Sports Rehab and Performance Development

Hi Everyone! For anyone who doesn’t know me, my name is Paul Andrade, owner of Andrade Athletics. I started Andrade Athletics to become an asset for athletes of all ages, skills, and abilities. As a former athlete, helping others through their injuries and performance development is my way of feeding my competitive drive and gives me the utmost satisfaction seeing success from my clients.

From the south shore of Massachusetts, I’m entering my 6th season with the Northern Cyclones as their Strength & Conditioning Coach and Athletic Trainer. Since starting with the Cyclones back in the 2019-2020 season, I’ve developed the off-ice program and evolved exponentially in my role within the organization. I’ve been a part of both 2023 and 2024 USPHL National Championship winning teams, pictured below.

I graduated from Bridgewater State University with a degree in Athletic Training in 2019. From there, I attended Merrimack College to complete my Master's Degree in Exercise & Sport Science. While I was in graduate school, I started working as the Athletic Trainer for Cyclones' junior home games.

Upon graduation, I became the full-time Athletic Trainer for the following 2020-21 season. Shortly after, I took over the off-ice training for all 5 academy and 3 junior teams. Since then, I’ve accumulated numerous certifications specializing in corrective exercise and functional strength training.

I’ve also taken over the Cyclone’s program’s off-ice development and launched off-season training programs as Andrade Athletics. I’ll be offering training programs for youth and high-school age athletes, as well as post-graduate athletes with options for online programming and personal training.
