  • YOUTH

    Youth training is our beginner-level fitness classes, designed for kids under 14 years old. Our goal in this class is to develop proper movement patterns, preparing kids for advanced loading mechanisms and power development. Small group size allows us to provide the valuable individual coaching necessary to understand how to move properly and efficently, establishing an athletic base to build from.   • ATHLETE

    Our athlete training focuses heavily on performance development and common injury prevention. Designed for high school and post-graduate athletes, this option will challenge athletes from any sport background. A challenging, progressive approach to movement patterns with power and speed development are key to any athlete staying healthy and performing to the best of their ability.
